We are providers of an EPC Service in Gloucester/Cheltenham for residential properties. An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is needed whenever a property is built, sold or rented. I arrange to do a survey (Approx. 30/45 minutes) at a time convenient to you. Prices for standard properties as below:
RESIDENTIAL EPC prices for Gloucester and Cheltenham are as below: (This prices Apply to normal size properties ONLY!!CALL me for a quote for large oversized properties and MINI PALACES)
- Studio Flats ONLY – £55
- Other flats and Up to 2 bedroom houses – £65
- 3/4 Bedroom houses – £70
- More than 4 bedrooms houses, an extra £5 applies per extra bedroom.
- STUDY ROOMS/EXTRA LIVING ROOMS/RECEPTION ROOMS/MUSIC ROOMS/PLAY ROOMS are counted as extra bedrooms.
- An extra £5 applies for key pick and drop off from estate agents.
- For larger and more complex properties (For instance mini palaces), plse call Sam for a quote.
- £10 charge applies for Winchcombe, Stroud, Tewkesbury, Newent, Stonehouse, Highnam..etc
- URGENT EPC PRICE IN GLOUCESTER/CHELTENHAM – £100
COMMERCIAL EPC Prices in Gloucester and Cheltenham are as below:
- Under 50 sq metres – £160
- Between 50 to 100 sq metres – £180
- Between 100 to 150 sq metres – £200
- Between 150 to 200 sq metres – £220
- £10 charge applies for Winchcombe, Stroud, Tewkesbury, Newent, Stonehouse, Highnam..etc
- For larger commercial building, total floor area is required (to include all floors) for a quote

MEES SERVICE

From 1st April 2020 the MEES regulation applies to all domestic and non-domestic rented properties. It is now unlawful to let a property to new tenants or renew to existing domestic tenants if the property has an EPC with a rating below E (i.e. F and G).
If your property has an EPC of a, F or G, you must take steps to comply with the
requirements of the MEES Regulations.
Commercial EPC
We also provide EPC’s for COMMERCIAL premises. Sam Tapsee is a qualified Non Domestic Energy Assessor as well.
He can produce EPC for any Commercial Property, Level 3/4 (ie very large and complex buildings as well).

We also provide Legionella risk assessments for RESIDENTIAL and COMMERCIAL premises. Sam is also a qualified WMSoC and LRA qualified Legionella Risk Assessor. Sam specialises in generating L8 ACoP accredited reports for both residential and commercial properties.

- The Pricing for domestic Legionella Risk assessments are fixed at £65 for residential properties.
- The pricing of Commercial legionella risk assessments varies with size, type pf business and complexity of hot/cold water systems. PLEASE CALL SAM directly to obtain a quote.)
